You have two options when a cancellation is initiated by the ship owner. Please choose how you would like to claim or receive your refund. The cancellation refund will always be based on the Boat Fare.

Refund via PayMongo The refund will be processed through PayMongo and returned to the same payment method you used when purchasing the ticket. Rebook My Ticket Enter your rebooking code to book a new trip. Your rebooking code was sent to you via email and SMS when your trip was cancelled. Rebooking codes never expire.
